These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Proton888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Proton888 online gaming platform available at proton888.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Registration and participation on the Proton888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that, at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform, you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• Are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Have not previously had an account with Proton888 closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• Are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of Proton888 or any of its affiliated entities;
• Are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement with any gambling operator;
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

To access the full features of the Proton888 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. All information submitted must be truthful and current.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identity credentials, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified by the Company's fraud systems will be closed without prior notice, and any balances — including winnings — in all associated accounts may be voided and forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Proton888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify the Company immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. The Company accepts no liability for losses resulting from a failure to maintain adequate account security.

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian NRIC, passport), proof of residential address, and verification of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

Proton888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed in the cashier section. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the responsible gambling settings in their account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits may only be decreased immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. The Company will not process funds originating from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. The Company assumes no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

A Player may submit a withdrawal request once their account has been verified and the minimum withdrawal threshold has been met. Where bonus funds are active, any applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before real-money funds become withdrawable.

Proton888 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes, subject to successful KYC clearance:

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, routine maintenance, or where additional verification is required. The Company does not guarantee specific processing times.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made, subject to the minimum deposit activity requirement. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud. Exceptions require explicit written approval from the Company's compliance team.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Proton888 are subject to specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific rules, the promotion-specific rules shall prevail.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is stated on each promotion. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only unless otherwise stated.

While a bonus is active in a Player's account, the maximum permitted single-stake wager is MYR 300 per bet or spin unless a lower or higher limit is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed above this threshold during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided.

Different game categories contribute differently towards satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.

Bonuses that have not been claimed or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the specified validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit) will expire automatically and be removed from the account without notice.

The Company reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close the account of any Player who the Company reasonably suspects of exploiting promotions, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using systematically low-risk strategies to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk, or colluding with other players.

All bets placed on the Proton888 sportsbook and casino are subject to the relevant game or sport-specific rules. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and accepted the applicable rules. The Company's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding.

Proton888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: suspected arbitrage betting, irregularities in game or match integrity, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds display, or bets placed after a market should have been closed.

In the event that incorrect odds, paylines, or game parameters are published due to human error or technical malfunction, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and restate the correct terms. Winnings derived from a manifest error will not be paid and will be returned to the player's account as the original stake.

In-play markets are subject to brief suspension periods. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and stakes returned. The outcome of live events may be subject to official result confirmation; settlement of live bets is conducted upon confirmation of the official result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Proton888 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise replicate any part of the Platform's software, data, or proprietary content;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the use of the Platform;
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or operate your account;
• Exploiting identified software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to the Company immediately;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person, including minors.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Proton888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by an individual under 21 years of age;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative maintenance fee of MYR 50 per month until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated;
• At the request of the Player (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance.

Proton888 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and take our obligation to support at-risk players seriously.

Players may access the following responsible gambling tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings;
• Session Time Limits — Receive automatic reminders at defined play duration intervals;
• Loss Limits — Cap total losses over a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily deactivate your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account with no possibility of reinstatement.

The Proton888 Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 and above. The Company employs electronic age-verification systems and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all bets voided, and all funds returned (minus any processing fees) to the original payment source.

All content on the Proton888 Platform, including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, databases, and interface design, is the exclusive property of Proton888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Proton888 and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your participation in games or betting activities on the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any other indirect, consequential, or special damages however caused;
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or downtime arising from causes outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

The Company's aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by Proton888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

Proton888 collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of account operation, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Proton888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice posted on the Platform and, where applicable, via email to the registered address.

The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after the date of publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which the Company is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.

Players retain the right to seek informal resolution of any complaint through our customer support team prior to initiating formal dispute proceedings. The Company commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days.
